BRATISLAVA. Branislav Dunček, Robert Magula and Roman Staš accused the former operators of the now canceled National Criminal Agency (NAKA).

Dunčko and Magula are investigators from the circle of another cop from NAKA Ján Čurilla.

According to the police inspection, Dunčko is also suspected of blackmailing justice, Magula from blackmail and Staš of obstructing justice.

The investigator Kevin Klabaj will not be prosecuted, as his colleague Miroslav Lapin, in another case, who ended the accusation only last week.

The three challenges the accusations

Dunčko and Magul are accused of blackmailing Patrik Vidašič, the defendant of violent crimes and cooperation with the mafia group of Takacs.

In the summer of 2020, according to a resolution on the accusation, they came to prison in Prešov, where he was in custody and persuaded him for cooperation. The three police officers refuse to blame and question the accusations. They confirmed that they had met with Klím and Vidašič during their custody prosecution and insisted that they proceeded as standard and did not exceed their powers during the interviews.
