Metrostav does not want to build offices.
Instead of the office tower will grow in the Bratislava district of Ružinov apartment. The real estate division of the Metrostav group turned to the local building office and asked for a change of zoning decision. The aim is to adjust the valid permits so that it can start implementing the project.

Originally, he wanted to build an office complex in the form of the letter H. However, the crisis came and the developer revised his plans. Finally, in 2013, he completed only the first half of the project. The Forum Business Center tower offered 18.7 thousand square meters of rentable area, most of the Slovak Telekom took the most.
In 2014, HB Reavis began preparing another stage. He planned an building with four underground and thirteen floors, which was supposed to bring 16,000 square meters of rentable area and 286 parking spaces.
