Jarosław W.’s career in service began five years ago. He was employed at the Penitentiary Institution in Wronki. He came from a small town in the Jędrzejów poviat. It is known that he has been working in the Katowice detention center for a year and a half. For people working with him, information about the murder of a doctor was and is a shock. – It was his second face, no one expected that he could do something like that, because he never showed aggression. Rather, he did not get into the road and avoided conflicts – say our informants.
How is it possible that psychiatrists did not recognize the disturbing behavior of the officer, since the loved ones indicated that it required urgent psychiatric consultation?
