They agreed that when a woman leaves work, Kuba would move towards her and meet. However, this meeting never happened.
Tomaszów Lubelski. The tragic death of 16-year-old Kuba. Uncle described his ordeal
The police initiated a teenager’s search. Jakub was found only after three days, but it was too late to help the boy. The teenager’s body was in a forest several hundred meters away from his home. The prosecutor’s office initiated an investigation into the boy’s death.
– The District Prosecutor’s Office in Tomaszów Lubelski initiated an investigation on Tuesday with art. 151 of the Penal Code, i.e. towards suicide or suicide. This is a standard procedure in such cases. The most likely cause of the tragedy is that there was a suicidal act. If the investigation shows that there was no participation of third parties, then it will be discontinued – He told « Fakt » Rafał Kawalec, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Zamość.
On Friday, June 13, Jakub’s funeral took place. A few hours before the last farewell to the teenager, his uncle published in social media the excruciating entry in which he described the ordeal that his godson was supposed to pass for years.
« (…) he did not have an easy life. As the first child he experienced every home quarrel and had bad patterns. Although there were also positive moments in his childhood, but what they are compared to so many years of loss. I think he experienced a divorce of parents very much, although he did not talk about it directly, no uncle will even replace dad, I can not imagine what the child feels, when there is no poem at school, when there is no poem at school He could complain to his father that someone was teasing him, every problem had to solve his mother.
« He got threatening news »
Later in the entry, Uncle Jakub writes about the boy’s problems with his peers.
« He had problems with his peers at school and beyond, from year to year his behavior changed, he fell into more and more depression (I think because I am not a specialist). He could not have been blurred to his father, my uncle did not say much either (…) he was assessed by other children, as well as parents of these children from the outside, through the prism of what he did and not what he does, what he feels, what he felt, what he felt. Praised, as if he wanted to, for good deeds, he was scared with double strength.
The man also recalls situations in which the boy was to receive threats.
« I remember the situation when he got messages with threatening, with photos of our house. At the same time he showed me it, then I reacted immediately, I left the house where a group of young people stood, they scattered, seeing that someone was defending him, one of them began to run away by bicycle, but I caught him. However, what I was to do when Kuba stood with this » torturer « and he did not get a word. He was so intimidated.
He adds that after this incident, Kuba’s « persecutors » stopped overwhelming him at home, but then the nightmare moved to the streets of the city.
« They also did not report to the police that he was terrorized. It was only after a few years that he was diagnosed with ADHD and other ailments, and all these bad experiences intensified the progress of subsequent diseases and despair. Unfortunately, a few days ago it turned out that medicines and psychologists could not help him. Maybe this child had so much pain, so much regret that these diagnoses were not bad » Mr. Rafał.
« He stopped going to school completely »
The further relationship of the man shows that Kuba under the sheer volume of problems and fear stopped getting out of the house.
« He stopped going to school completely, he did not go to the city because he was beaten, humiliated, robbed and often intimidated, which caused him to get into more trouble (…) he recently closed himself to such an extent that he did not even leave the house during the day, he did not want to talk even when I tried to talk, his everyday life was based only on spending time at the laptop The crowds, when he could calmly know, that nobody would hook him on the street.
The man also draws attention to the phenomenon of hate, which is nowadays, which is increasingly leading to a tragedy.
« This child needed more attention, understanding, and above all peace in their daily relationships with peers (…) a lot of people wished him badly. Nowadays, hate leads to a tragedy, life turns in computers, telephones, and not like once on the pitch with a holes in the ball or by the fire. Later he had a very low self -esteem, he had a hard self -esteem from a child, and it led a heavy cross from a child and it led a heavy cross from child The tragedy.
Finally, he appears with a poignant and extremely important appeal to young people and their parents.
« Colleagues cheated on him, but also his friends. He was often lured by the girls in a place where a group of » katów « was already waiting. Let each of those people who added a brick to his harm will make an examination of conscience. So really deep, stand in front of the mirror and think about what would happen if you let him go, and his suffering will cause his teenagers. Parents will devote more attention to your children, you will instill real values from each other.
Finally, he admits that he writes it all through tears …
