The total value of goods imported from Russia and Belarus has fallen twice / day in two months

In the first two months of this year, Latvia exported a total of EUR 154,929 million, which is 18.5% or EUR 35,064 million less than last year, but the goods were exported to Belarus EUR 14,086 million, which is falling by 49.4% or 13.76 million euros.
The data also shows that in the first two months of 2025, imports from Russia and Belarus accounted for a total of 1.9% (4.2% in the corresponding period of 2024) of the total imports of Latvia, while exports to Russia and Belarus accounted for a total of 5.2% (6.7%) of the total export of Latvia.
It has already been reported that Latvia exported EUR 3,221 billion in the first two months of this year, which is 1% or EUR 33.8 million less than in the corresponding period of 2024, but imported by EUR 3.608 billion, which is an increase of 9.3% or EUR 308.4 million.
