The supreme buries a conspiracy complaint against the government amplified by the PP | Spain

The Supreme Court has rejected the complaint with conspiracy dyes filed by lawyer Eduardo Martín-Duarte against several members of the Government and socialist deputies, which was Airada and amplified by the PP. The Court has concluded that the accusations of this lawyer, supported by press cuts and a list of « homemade elaboration » with alleged bank accounts of the Dominican Republic attributed to those politicians, lack « any minimally founded indication » or « credible. »

Through a overwhelming resolution, the magistrates bury this attack against the Executive. « The facts that the complainant communicates are a set of statements, which are intended to be based on the mere reference to headlines, diffuse and lacking support and objective base, » says the Supreme, that disdains the alleged evidence provided. The lawyer accompanied his brief with manifestly false bank extracts. « Without mentioning its origin, it included blank sheets, without letterhead or reference to any banking entity, where alphanumeric lines referring to (assumptions) deposits and open accounts of the Dominican Republic in the name of members of the Government and deputies appear, » the judges remember.

The presentation of this complaint before several agencies went unnoticed until the commissioner Víctor de Aldama, involved in the Ábalos casehe went last January to the Cope chain. With Séblante Serió, he lashed out at the Executive: « There is something very serious, » he ventured. « There is a complaint in the Prosecutor’s Office in which there is a list of Mrs. Begoña) Gómez, (wife of Pedro Sánchez), with accounts abroad for more than six million dollars (…) Mrs. María Jesús Montero (Vice President First and Minister of Finance) is also (…) I have a copy of that complaint and the bank list, » he said.

However, only a few minutes later, the Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office responded and threw on the ground. The Public Ministry explained that he had received two similar complaints. One of them was that of lawyer Eduardo Martín-Duarte, who attributed alleged accounts to, among others, María Jesús Montero; the former Vice President Third Teresa Ribera; the Minister of Territorial Policy, Ángel Víctor Torres; or the secretary of organization of the PSOE, Santos Cerdán. But he riveted that he had filed both after studying them. According to tax sources, they had no basis and included false numbers of bank accounts. Despite this, the PP took the opportunity to attack the government and give pábulo to these complaints. The popular spokesman in Congress, Miguel Tellado, said: « That Mrs. Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, can have accounts abroad with important amounts of dollars, seems very serious, very serious. »

In addition to the Prosecutor’s Office, lawyer Eduardo Martín-Duarte had sent his complaint to the Investigation Commission on the Koldo case of the Senate, controlled by conservative formation. This organism gave it procedure and ended up forwarding to the Supreme. The president of the commission, Eloy Suárez (PP), was transferred to the president of the Upper House, Pedro Rollán (PP). And this, in turn, sent it to Isabel Perelló, president of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) and the High Court. However, the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme has finally given him any credibility.
