The summer campus of universities start in Milan, the proposals to young people between 16 and 18 years old. Costs? From zero to 2,600 euros

From 30 June to 4th July, a summer school in aerospace engineering is scheduled with the course « A flight to the future ».

From comics to digital

Cattolica is also active in offering proposals for high school students: the « comic mathematics » module is availablein which a comic book or an animated cartoon is made using open source tools (free software and available to everyone by browsing the net).
A second proposal by Cattolica instead focuses on the « Latex » programs, a tool for the drafting of texts widely used in the academic field to write relationships, thesis and articles: each member will have the opportunity to familiarize himself with the digital tools used in the University.

Private universities

The Summer Summer School summer campus (always free of charge) are active at the IULM University which deepen issues related to communication, languages, art and other disciplinary areas such as marketing and advertising communication. The Junior Summer School starts today with 400 boys and with the registrations that are still open: at the end of the week of lessons, a certificate of participation and offer is issued a guided tour of the widespread museum of communication in the IULM 6 tower. Bocconi also offers a summer campus: 16 workshops, courses and seminars dedicated to numerous subjects including finance, management, digital marketing and law. The Summer School is designed for students of the superiors of the third last and penultimate year, Italian and foreign, who have turned 16 at the beginning of the course. The activities take place in Italian and English, also with group works, aimed at knowledge of Bocconi teaching. The cost varies, depending on the modules, from 1,100 euros (for the program by law 7-11 July) to 2,600 euros for the complete school, from 7 to 18 July.

The world of the future

Targeted and free proposal that of the school for the spread of state biosciences: 30 -hour modules (from 23 to 27 June and from 1 to 5 September, a minimum age 16 years) as approaching the laboratories of molecular and genetic biology coordinated by the teachers of via Festa del Forgono. Last Milanese university to offer summer campus isThe Vita-Salute San Raffaele University With preparatory courses in philosophy and psychology, involving the teachers of the respective faculties: each form lasts three days and has a symbolic cost of 50 euros (including lunches), a fare decided this year to meet the families of the maturandi. Today the psychology module starts with a three -day at the Mi2 campus in Segrate aimed at students of the fourth and fifth year of superiors. Next year the routes will be extended to Medicine with proposals also in English.
