The Stavropol Auto plant can redeem the structure of « Rostec »
Centerstroyinvest LLC, which controls the Technodynamics Holding State Corporation Rostec, is preparing to redeem the Stavropol Auto plant in the city of Mikhailovsk, Stavropol Territory for 2.3 billion rubles. The total area of the site is more than 200 hectares, it has about 306 thousand square meters. m of production and warehouse real estate. Earlier, the authorities of the region were interested in the asset, which are now ready to cooperate with the investor for the development of the production complex.
Central Stroyinvest LLC was recognized as the winner of the auction for the sale of the territory of the Stavropol Auto plant in Mikhailovsk of the Stavropol Territory, follows from the information of the Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information. On the territory of more than 200 hectares there are about 306 thousand square meters. m of production and warehouse real estate. The amount of the transaction, according to the materials of the auction, is 2.3 billion rubles.
According to SPARK, the head company of Central Stroyinvest LLC is the technodynamics holding of the Rostec State Corporation. The Central Stroyinvest refused to comment and clarified that information about the company’s plans for this section was protected by a commercial secret, and the use of the asset is planned as part of the authorized activity. In Rostec did not respond to the request of Kommersant.
“Stavropol Auto” from 2013 to 2018 produced 2.5 thousand cars, now the production is suspended. According to the SPARK, the founder is the united automobile company that has been liquidated at the current moment, which, in turn, belongs to the regional land company. The owners of the latter company are connected with the Derweis automobile plant in Karachay-Cherkessia. The general director of the company until 2018 was businessman Mukhadin Deren. The company’s loss in 2024 amounted to 201 million rubles, follows from the data of SPARK.
Earlier, the property of the Stavropol Territory claimed the property of Stavropol Auto, and the regional industrial park was planned to be located in this facility. The governor of Stavropol Vladimir Vladimirov told Kommersant that the regional authorities planned to purchase and save the plant, since this object is important for the subject. Mr. Vladimirov clarifies that the Government of Stavropol is ready to cooperate with the Central Stroyinvest for the development of the production complex – it can be the automotive industry or the production of other products.
The Practice of the Real Estate of the NEO consulting company Arina Matveeva believes that in the territory of the former Stavropol Auto plant you can place a large industrial park for small and medium -sized enterprises.

Rostec already has experience in building such real estate. Thus, the Minister of Energy, Industry and Communications of the Stavropol Territory Ivan Kovalev previously reported that the state corporation plans to build an industrial technopark in the field of electronic industry with a total area of 15 thousand square meters on the basis of the Signal Stavropol Radio. m.
The construction of such industrial facilities will require significant investments, said Arina Matveeva.
