The state will pay the second higher one in only some of the specialties at universities
Now the law does not allow state support to be directed to the receipt of second and subsequent higher education and those who wish can only acquire it through a paid form of training.
The idea of change was launched by the Minister of Education and Science Krasimir Valchev before the Council of Rectors at his meeting in Pleven on March 21. He then said: « We will suggest that the restriction should be eliminated not to finance the acquisition of a second and next educational qualification degree. » Subsequently, he explained to journalists that his idea was that the state could finance the acquisition of a second and subsequent bachelor, master’s or master’s degree after a bachelor’s degree.
The state exemplifies from fees students who study for nurses
Priority areas include specialties with the expected shortage of labor market specialists compared to the current demand for higher education training. The specialties in which the training in which there is no relevant interest or it is low are protected, but there is a need to prepare highly qualified specialists for these specialties. The state releases their students from university training fees to stimulate their admission and provides appropriate compensatory funding for universities.
To the protected specialties to be added a « nurse » provides for a project for changes in a government decree. It is a stage of public consultation, which should be completed on April 11, be voted on by the Council of Ministers and, after promulgation, will come into force. The text provides for 1000 students to be accepted during the forthcoming academic year in the future protected specialty in which they will have the opportunity to study without fees.
