« The small recalculation of pensions » in the air
The National Federation The Social Solidarity of Labor, affiliated with the National Trade Union Bloc (NBS) expresses on Tuesday the concern about the discussions at the governmental level, regarding the fiscal measures to be taken regarding the employees of the budget system, showing that the salaries of the workers in the pension house The application of some budget corrections will lead to the significant decrease of their amount, which leads you to dissatisfaction and possible protests, going to the total blocking of the activity.
« Our trade union organization represents the employees in the cad of the territorial pension houses, which in the last year have faced a considerable increase of the activity, generated by the implementation of the new pension law, » said the president of the federation, Ionuţ Marinescu.
The leader of the National Federation The Social Solidarity of Labor states that « the existing personnel was obliged to carry out multiple and additional tasks, in the absence of the computer establishment and payment programs, carried out a large number of overtime that were not paid or compensated by appropriate free time, due to the rhythm of the work, for the beneficiaries ».
« Although almost 8 months have passed since the entry into force of the law, it is not fully implemented, which has generated the psychic and physical overload of the staff, with a direct impact on the quality of the activity, the health of the employees and the respect of the legal rights. Currently, at the level of the territorial pension houses are vacancies that cannot be occupied by the other, and they are not employed, the trade union leader.
Marinescu also shows that, in addition, « at the end of June, the individual employment contract of the contractual personnel employed for a fixed period, for the recalculation of the pension rights, ceases and are in this situation around 600 workers from the pension houses throughout the country.
« In the conditions in which the » small recalculation of pensions « has not been carried out so far, a large number of unsolved requests (approximately 15,000 requests /Pension House have been collected), and carrying out activities with the small number of staff creates major difficulties in their operative settlement, to the detriment of the pensioners of the public pension system. Moreover, that even as this situation would not be enough, the employees work under a major pressure, as a result of the increasing requirements of both central and locally, regarding the proper fulfillment of the service duties, regardless of the working conditions, which determines a state of concern, regarding the application of some administrative measures. Human, ”says Ionuţ Marinescu.
