Munich. The fifty -year -old Slovak blackmailed a German priest by publishing his intimate images, which he had previously placed on the profile on the Dating Platform for Transgender, as well as homosexual and bisexual oriented persons.
He demanded 50,000 euros from the priest, informs the Internet daily Friedberger-Velgemeine.
The Slovak was responsible for the blackmail on Friday in a court in Augsburg, Bavaria, who eventually imposed a prison sentence of one year and eighth months with conditional postponement for three years. He also received a fine of EUR 800 to pay for the Charitable Service of Maltese aid.
In November 2022, a 50-year-old man sent a priest from Aichach-Fried-Friedberg in Bavaria through the WhatsApp application several naked photos, which the priest subsequently recorded on his profile on the internet platform « Romeo », specifies the daily.
Both men reportedly got to know each other on this dating platform, and they had sexual intercourse in one meeting that they both agreed.
The Slovak subsequently demanded the priest in the report the amount of 50,000 euros, otherwise he threatened to publish his naked photos on television IV his parish, writes Friedberger-Vallgemeine.
However, the clergyman did not pay the required amount and contacted the police instead. A fifty-year-old man then sent an e-mail with naked photographs to the priests of the parish office in January 2023.
The priest was not present at the hearing. In the end, however, the court’s decision was stricter than the Prosecutor Philipp Jäger originally demanded. He asked for a conditional sentence of eight months and a fine of EUR 1200.
