The second step of the 2024-2025 Academic Year College Exam (KGS) will be held on Saturday.

Exam, Türk Maarif College, Kyrenia 19 May TMK, Famagusta TMK, Güzelyurt TMK, İskele Evkaf Türk Maarif College, Bekirpaşa High School, Hala Sultan Theology College and Lefke Gazi High School will be held in total 8 exam centers.

The first session of the exam to be held in two sessions will be held between 09.00-10.30 and the second session will be held between 11.00-12.30.

According to a statement made by the Ministry of National Education, the exam, the registration process completed 2 thousand 258 students are expected to participate.

KGS, which is a multiple choice ranking exam; “Turkish”, “Science”, “Social Studies”, “English” and “Mathematics”. Each test is prepared by commissions of experts and experienced educators.

In line with the principles of measurement and evaluation of the exam, it was emphasized that it is planned in accordance with educational sciences.

Question booklets, 48 ​​hours before the exam at the printing center of the Ministry of National Education, under the supervision of senior officials and examination of the examination of the examination on the day of the examination will be delivered to the examination centers.

After the exam, question booklets and answer keys will be published via the official website of the Ministry www.mebnet.net.

Results will be announced in the evening hours

Answer Papers will be evaluated with optical readers and the results of the exam are expected to be announced in the evening.

The first step of the Entrance Exam to the College (KGS-1) was held on January 25th. Students, the scores obtained from both exams (50 percent KGS-1 + 50 percent KGS-2) average will be formed according to the college entrance score.

According to the results of the exam, a total of 670 students will be entitled to register for colleges for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The Ministry of National Education made various warnings and reminders for students and parents before the college entrance exam.

Students should have the exam entry documents and valid identity cards with them; It was stated that it was not possible to participate in the exam without these documents. Against traffic and parking problems, students were present at least 30 minutes ago in the exam centers.

During the exam, it is stated that the use of mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices is prohibited, students should comply with the guidance of the examination officers.
