The counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the Russian agent, who collected intelligence on the positions and movement of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the border areas of Chernihiv region.

He has now been declared suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – State betrayal committed in the conditions of martial law. The suspect is in custody, he is threatened with life imprisonment with the confiscation of property.
