The Revenue Agency website does not work: it is impossible to access the pre -filled tax return
The portal to present the pre -filled 730 is not currently reachable by users. It is not the first problem on the site in the last two weeks
Today, May 28, the Revenue Agency website does not work. When users try to access the portal to fill in the tax return, the disorder of a computer in repair and an error message appears: «The system is not currently available. We apologize for the inconvenience ».
In some cases, users received another type of technical error: « The Proxy Server Could Not Handle The Request », that is « the proxy server has not managed to manage the request ».
The reasons for the malfunction which, to evaluate from messages on social media, would last for about an hour are not known.
It is not the first time that the platform has undergone slowdowns. The May 16ththat is, the day after the modification procedure of the pre -filled 730 has been opened, other access problems have been encountered, perhaps due to the large number of access.
Until now, official communications have not been widespread to explain the causes of the malfunction or by the Revenue Agency or from Soon’s part, the General Computer Company of the Ministry of Economy and Finance that also manages this portal.
