The puzzle of the disappearance of Kinga Kozak. The family is fighting for the truth
Kinga Kozak (42 years old) disappeared in unexplained circumstances on the night of August 13-14, 2018, almost just after a divorce case. Her marriage broke up after 16 years, but formally Mrs. Kinga lived with her husband in their joint house in Buczkowice. It was from there – as her husband reported – she was to go in an unknown direction.

– Investigators found an empty house. There were documents of my daughter, a telephone, her things. Criminals were looking for traces all night. They found nothing. They searched the cars in front of the house. No signs on the hairbrush they found one Kinga hair. When they showed us, she was slammed and all yellow – recalls Ewa Jakubska.
Jakubski wrote a notification of a crime committed by the police and prosecutor’s office. In their opinion, evidence was replaced. – They showed us another skull then. We went with a lawyer. This time the skull was small, all white. On the right, sewing, on the left, a crack, when they turned to see the upper jaw, there were small teeth, bare gums, it couldn’t be King. The next one was beige and large, it was the fourth. She was without cracks, but removed two teeth for life, and our daughter was not torn out – they calculate.
– All this cannot be explained. You have to be a prosecutor, investigator and detective in one person … We ask where the rest of the body? We heard the answer that the animals ate. In the District Court in Bielsko-Biała in 2022, the daughter of Zbigniew K. submitted an application for the recognition of Kinga Kozak as deceased. – We managed to suspend the case. How can you be considered on the basis of such evidence that our daughter is dead? – they ask.

The Jakubs have different ways to reach the truth, what happened to their daughter. They rented a detective, but he did nothing. They still processed with him for a refund. They invited a clairvoyant home. He told them that there was no crime at home, that their daughter was alive. They surrendered to hypnosis. They were to make contact with the daughter’s spirit, but he did not reveal himself.
– If she hadn’t lived, we felt it. We must bring the case to an end – they announce. When asked what happened to their daughter. They spread their hands. – How can I know what happened? – says desperate Ewa Jakubska.
January 31 this year The Bielsko-Biała District Prosecutor’s Office once again discontinued the investigation into the circumstances Kinga Kozak disappearance. At the beginning of April this year. Ewa Jakubska was in Warsaw. She met with the Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar. Hope revived again after this visit. The next day, on April 3 this year, the District Court in Bielsko-Biała asked the Supreme Court to refer the case to another court outside Bielsko-Biała. Thus, he accepted the motion of the missing parents, who believe that in their case there was a neglect of police officers and prosecutors. In the justification, the court admitted that the circumstances of the disappearance of Kinga Kozak are still shrouded in mystery. He also noted that seemingly contradictory decisions made by the prosecutor’s office may raise doubts about the reliability and judicial bodies. Therefore, for the good of the Polish justice system, another court is to clarify any doubts.
Jakubski ask if there was a terrible mistake
– We can think that our daughter has disappeared, that she is not alive, but let them present reliable evidence, let them do reliable examinations of these skulls. We will pay for it.
