BRATISLAVA. The Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Bratislava canceled the accusation against the former Minister of the Environment for formal-legal reasons John Budaj.

At the same time, the prosecutor ordered the investigator to re -accusing, but legally, the spokeswoman of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Bratislava informed Gabriela Kováčová.

“The Prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Bratislava, as part of the prosecutor’s supervisory authorities for formal-legal reasons, canceled the resolution of the investigator on the accusation of the person JB of 12 May 2025 for continuing crime of breach of duty to manage foreign property. lawfully, ”said Kováčová.
