Rodríguez’s defense says that during the investigation it has been found that she “neither drafted, nor made any modification, nor issued, nor published” the informative note sent by the Public Ministry on March 14, 2025 to respond to the false version of the facts that the Chief of Cabinet of Ayuso, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, had launched, according to which it was the Prosecutor’s Office that was looking for an agreement in accordance with González Amador.
