The prosecutors reconstituted the film of the bomb assassinate

Laura Bîlcea, the daughter of the millionaire killed in the bomb attack in Arad, was sued by the prosecutors of the General Prosecutor’s Office.

Accused of ordering the murder, the woman will be judged at the Timișoara Court of Appeal for inciting to qualified in the variant of domestic violence, instigating and inciting the non -observance of the regime of explosive subjects.

In the same file, two woman’s accomplices, Bogdan Adrian Horodincă and Sebastian Ilie Bulbuc, are accused of qualified murder, destruction and non -observance of the regime of explosive subjects.

On May 29, 2021, businessman Ioan Crișan died after the car in which he was exploded in the parking lot of a supermarket in Arad.

The General Prosecutor’s Office claimed that the attack was ordered by the millionaire’s daughter and implemented by the two accomplices of the woman.

Thus, according to investigators, the two accomplices bought, in May 2021, a mechanism that could be used as a detonator in an improvised explosive device, controllable through the mobile phone, in which they subsequently incorporated the explosive charge.

The mechanism was placed in the car of Ioan Crișan and detonated from a distance.

‘In the second part of May 2021, acting at the instigation of the defendant, the two defendants, considering the amounts of money they had received and were to receive from the defendant, on May 27, 2021, purchased a mechanism that could be used as a detonator in an improvised explosive device. (explosive matter purchased from an unidentified person, owned, transported and used without the right by the defendants). On May 28, 2021, the two defendants placed the improvised explosive device in the car of a person, and on May 29, 2021, at 06:59, acting with premeditation and material interest, detonated it from a distance while the victim was moving to the wheel of the car in the parking lot of a store in the Vlaicu neighborhood. The victim died as a result of the subsequent explosion and fire, and the victim’s car is completely destroyed, « says the Prosecutor’s Office in a press release.

According to the documents from the file, Laura Bîlcea set up the murder’s killing because she intended to leave her grandchildren’s wealth and former husband.

Specifically, say the investigators, Ioan Crișan was unhappy that Laura Bîlcea, the mother of two children, had no constant income, although she is a lawyer. Concerned about the future of his business, in the context of his old age, he could not rely on his daughter in order to take over the management of his companies. In these circumstances, he expressed the idea of contacting his former son-in-law, who would propose to gradually take over the management of business, to ensure the future of his grandchildren, of which he was very attached.

Prosecutors believe that this information was likely to produce Laura Bîlcea a strong feeling of frustration, given that the relationship with the former husband had ended with conflict states.

After the death of the millionaire, Laura Bîlcea withdrew from the bank account belonging to the deceased about 100,000 euros and put up for sale three buildings.
