While reading The trade of decidingI have felt the desire to clarify certain feelings. I don’t believe now that the problem is that Conservative or progressive parties manipulate judges. If there was an unequivocal professional decency, this evil desire would have no major consequences. More than in the parties, the problem is in the judges that come out of their professional decency to replace the will of the people embodied in politics. They take advantage of the tension and seek prominence, turned into a social authority without limits that does not distinguish between complaints, evidence, indications and suspicions. After the CGPJ was blocked, the only counterpower that can face judicial pride is the Prosecutor’s Office.
