The disappearance of an 11-year-old child lived in mid-May all Poland. The so -called Child Alert procedure, which meant that mobile phone users got information about the search. Detention, allegations and arrest
Two days later (May 15) Patrycja found herself in the apartment of 24-year-old Karol B. from Żory. It was established that on the day of disappearance she got on the train and went to Silesia. The girl spent two nights in a flat rented by an adult man on the estate Powstańców Śląskich in Żory (Śląskie Voivodeship). Investigators do not want to reveal the details of the case. It is known, however, that the 24-year-old will be responsible for committing another sexual activity towards the girl and keeping her against the will of the guardian.
At the time of detention, Karol B. was surprised. The police appeared for him in the workplace, where he had a night duty. Then he was taken to the prosecutor’s office in Strzelce Opolskie. The girl, for whom the uniform came at dawn, quickly found her mother’s care.

Prosecutor Stanisław Bar in an interview with « Fakt » said that the suspect had explained in accordance with the allegations he presented. The injured girl was to be questioned in the presence of a psychologist this week. A minor child can only be listened to in court once. However, this turned out to be impossible now. Why?
– The interrogation was declared for this week, but it turns out that the girl’s health does not allow it. Therefore, the deadline for interrogation of a minor is still not designated – said prosecutor Stanisław Bar, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Opole in an interview with « Fakt ».
Although the 11-year-old was not questioned, the court took into account the burden allegations against the 24-year-old And he arrested him. Due to the good of the victim, investigators do not inform about the details of the evidence gathered against the man.
