According to Paweł Nikiel, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bielsko-Biała, an indictment was sent to the court against a 66-year-old pre-school teacher accused of abusing a 6-year-old pupil of one of the Bielsko public kindergartens.

A kindergarten from Bielsko-Biała was to bully a 6-year-old
« In April 2024, the preschooler complained to his mother that with the consent of the tutor was beaten by other children in a group. This statement worried the child’s parents, who, after obtaining additional information confirming this circumstance, submitted an appropriate notification about the possibility of committing a crime to his detriment » – said Prosecutor Nikiel.
The collected evidence allowed the woman to charge a crime under Art. 207 parish 1 a KK, or « abuse of a transient relationship, clumsy due to the age of minor. »

A woman is threatened with 8 years in prison
The 66-year-old did not confess to the alleged act. She gave explanations, however, as the prosecutor’s office claims, they do not correspond to the evidence gathered in the case. The woman is punishable by 6 months to 8 years in prison.
