Grzegorz Chmielewski, vice president of the Polish Chamber of Tourism, is dead
As his colleagues describe, Grzegorz Chmielewski described himself not only like a passionate and specialist in his field, but as a warm, kind and charming personal man who infected everyone around him. People were won by extraordinary empathy, understanding and readiness to help others – whether in a professional or private field.
For many of us he was not only a colleague, but a real friend
– emphasize representatives of the Polish Chamber of Tourism.

As described by the tourism.rp.pl website, Grzegorz Chmielewski has been the vice president of the Polish Chamber of Tourism for three terms, from 2000 he was the president of the PIT Silesian Branch from 2000. However, he was involved in the work of the Chamber since 1993.
The causes and circumstances of his death were not given to public information. However, as the tourism.rp.pl website reveals, Grzegorz Chmielewski has been struggling with a serious illness for years.
