The Minister of the Environment, Mircea Fechet, wants to enroll in the ‘Verde Verd photovoltaic’ program to be accessible to people less familiar with the laptop or computer.

He mentioned, in a press conference held at the Victoria Palace, that until now the registration in the program was ‘more an Olympiad of Informatics’ and wants as few Romanians ‘unhappy’ at the end of the registration period.

‘In the past, this program had turned into one of digital skills. It was more of an Olympiad of computer science than photovoltaic panels and I think that those people who are less familiar with the keyboard, with the laptop or computer must have a chance to benefit from the ‘Verde Casa Panel Casa’ program. We will do this by maintaining the registration period and, as we have additional amounts, we can qualify the rest of the people, an issue that we can take into account. We will do this by referring to the co-financing value, which could increase this year … In the past years we had 10% by 90%. It is possible that a slightly higher co -financing will reduce the speed of registration, « said the minister.

He mentioned that there are also proposals regarding the organization of a lottery, but it is not necessarily optimistic ‘in relation to such a procedure.

‘I do not propose to transform it from the Lottery Informatics Olympics or otherwise. But there is certainly a concern at the ministry, « said Fechet.

The ministry aims to support the financing of the batteries, initiative appreciated by the prosumators, he added.

‘We still intend to finance batteries. The financing of the batteries has a very good feedback from the prosumers, because it makes them more independent than they were before. The current invoices will be even lower, because we will consume at night what we produce day. This year we will have a program dedicated to those prosumers who did not wait for the Romanian state to finance them, those Romanians who have placed photovoltaic panels. I think you should somehow help, support and intend to open a special program for the purchase of batteries, batteries, in relation to this category of prosumators, « said the minister.
