Perhaps her actors themselves did not expect that the « innocent » case worth a few million euros will eventually do such a wind. But it happened.
Most people were outraged by the applied insolence. I admit that I don’t. I am well indignant by the fact that European money can be legally used for the construction of pensions.
The economic theory of the mainstream says that the state is investing in cases where the market fails – for example, in the provision of public goods, externalal solutions, imperfect competition or asymmetric information.
In addition, public investments may be aimed at redistribution of resources to influence the distribution of wealth or ancomyclic timing to influence the economic cycle.
I would be able to argue about these reasons for a long time and heavily arguments of the theory of public election or the Austrian economic school. But let’s put it aside in this comment. Because a private pension for commercial accommodation of tourists in the European state from this list does not meet anything at all.
Providing accommodation is not high-tech chip production or carbon, do not improve the position of marginalized groups, they do not have a dual function in defense.
It is a completely standard business requiring some entry capital in the form of a building, at least facilities and especially hard business work.
The competition is high, because there are more than 5,000 official accommodation facilities in Slovakia. The arrival of platforms led by Airbnb and its local siblings opened the door to business to anyone who inherited the cottage from the grandmother or at least he has a relaxed children’s room.
