The incident occurred on May 24 at the Jaroty estate, where a few days earlier the inhabitants warned against the aggressor hooking passers -by and attacking cashiers.
This time the attack took place in a taxi. Near the high gate, the passenger got into the car. The man arrived with him on ul. Lazurowa in the Olsztyn Jarota district, where he was to settle PLN 16 and 69 gr. He claimed, however, that he wasn’t really reserved by the journey and it was possible that someone else would pick him up on the spot.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, however, the man went to confrontational statements. At one point he said that he would leave the car, using words suggesting that the driver would disappear and leave him alone. « You want to live? Sit quiet, » he repeated several times.
Immediately after the incident, he immediately decided to notify the services, selecting No. 112. Sitting in the car, however, he noticed that the aggressor turned back and headed straight towards him. Not wanting to escalate the conflict, he decided to leave immediately, but he quickly realized that he had got stuck on the road without a way out.
At the last moment, the drivers managed to find a way to bypass the man standing on the route and reached the place where the police were waiting.
The officers intercepted the aggressive passenger and confronted him with the driver’s account. This man insisted that he did not behave in a way that threatens the chauffeur, and also claimed that he did not remember the refusal to settle the fee.
