Some have noticed the vote late.
Prešov region. Reconstruction of the table tennis game room in Poprad, completion of the relaxation area in Matiašovce near Kežmarok and the relaxation park of St. Filomenes in Vranov nad Topľou. These are the only three projects that have received support and were not in demand by parishes or church organizations.
The Prešov County assigned a subsidy for a total of 43 projects from its own resources, each of which received 10,000 euros. These were projects within the framework of the program call Participatory budget, which was evaluated by the Prešov Self -Governing Region (PSK) on the basis of people’s voting.

Have succeeded projects from parishes
Most of the projects gave the church and they were doing well. They were successful last year, when thirteen thirteen was so supported by church projects.

« The nomination for the call as well as the vote itself is already dependent on the activation of individual subjects and communities, including churches and religious companies.
Pursuant to the call, registered churches or religious companies, non -profit organizations and civic associations carrying out activities are legitimate applicants. They must have its registered office or competence in the region, and their founder or founder cannot be PSK.
At the last minute
One of the reasons that signed the result could have been that the applicants learned about the commencement of the vote late. Some of the unsuccessful applicants have confirmed this, but they noted that they were not blamed for the announcer.
For example, WAVE unsuccessfully demanded money for the Chamber Hall. It is a wall that separates the premises in the same center of the independent culture in the Prešov housing estate III.
They learned of the vote from the Office’s employee, who had previously been documented by several requirements that had to be attached to the project. « She called whether we noticed that the vote ended in two days because we have few votes, » says Vladimír Moško of Wave.
The association mobilized its supporters through social networks, but it was not enough. Moreover, some told them that they would also support them, but SMS had already been sent elsewhere and for two projects could not be voted from one number. With 497 accepted reports, the association ended eight below the line, missing 183 votes.
« I assume that the dates of the vote were listed in the conditions, » he notes, saying that the announcer apparently expected people to follow it. Therefore, the Prešov self -governing region is not blamed. At the same time, he notes that « they could inform the applicants in professionalism that it started ».
He adds that they are doing on several projects and they simply did not manage to guard. But they want to do the chamber hall, they will try to get funds from other sources.
