In anticipation of the September elections, the parliamentary opposition will try to attract new voters with “working out meanings” and “constructive proposals”. Her representatives told about this at the round table of the expert institution of social research, which took place on June 5th. Against the background of a patriotic consensus, to criticize the power and only the Communist Party is ready for its party. The « United Russia » (EP) itself does not doubt the correctness of the chosen strategy.
EP studied the situation in the regions where the elections will be held, during the preliminary vote, said Sergey Perminov, a member of its general council (For more information about its results, see “Kommersant” from March 28). According to the senator, the primaries showed the effectiveness of the technological and semantic approaches of the United Russia. Among the features of the campaign, the senator called the distribution of diphs, a request for direct contact with voters and solving local tasks, as well as extrapolation of the image of individual candidates for the entire party.
Against the backdrop of the “formalization” of elections and distrust of them, the Communist Party of the Communist Party will concentrate on “working out meanings”, said Sergey Obukhov, secretary of the Central Committee. The Communist Party priorities will be elections to the Legislative Assembly, governors of the Irkutsk and Sverdlovsk regions, as well as combined campaigns.
The Communist Party will not refrain from criticism of the authorities, including the EP, with whom he was “fighting for the first place”, Mr. Obukhov threatened.
According to Dmitry Gusev, secretary of the Central Council of the Central Council of “Fair Russia”, from the electoral point of view, the patriotic consensus puts opposition parties in a disadvantage: “How can we criticize EP when we do one common cause?” The Socialist -Revolutionaries realize that this is a “feature of the entire political process”, therefore, instead of criticism, they offer “constructive solutions”, for example, on prices, demography and migration policy, he added.
“New People” are approaching the September elections with “much stronger” positions than in the year of political debut in 2020, said State Duma deputy Yaroslav Samolin. The party is growing and still has not reached the electoral peak, he added: the party’s task remains in their ranks of political newcomers and the search for “clear forms” of the presentation of goals.
The LDPR has demonstrated the best indicators since 2020, said the first deputy head of the central apparatus of the party, Maria Voropaeva. “The Rating of VTII – 11.5%, the growth since 2021 is 1.5 times, and for us this is not a ceiling,” she said. According to Mrs. Voropaeva, already this year the LDPR plans to become the second batch of 7 out of 11 leaflets, where the elections will be held. In total, she will expose 15 thousand candidates at the municipal level and over 1.5 thousand – at the level of regions and administrative centers, of which 52 people are participants in the special operation.
Political strategist Alexander Nazarov said that the tone of the upcoming September elections, and in a broader sense, and the impending campaign in the State Duma-2026 will set the expanding practice of remote electronic voting, bringing social functions to election technologies, as well as the appeal of party members to niches, where they were not previously presented.
Of the extra -parliamentary forces, an active preparation for the elections is conducted by a party of pensioners. “Yabloko”, according to the experts of the institute, does not show electoral activity. “The party is not forgotten, called in surveys. The audience reads it as a purely humanistic, but believes that the time for humanism has not yet come, ”Alexander Nazarov explained.
