The pandemic treaty of the WHO that should also be approved in us « dangerous to the people »

The Member States of the World Health Organization have approved the text of a compulsory legal treaty, designed to manage the future pandemic.

The agreement aims to avoid disorganization and competition for resources observed during the Covid Pandemic, notes BBC.

The key elements include rapid data sharing about new diseases, so that scientists and pharmaceutical companies can develop treatments and vaccines faster.

In Romania, the subject has passed almost unobserved. He was approached and commented among others by lawyer Gheorghe Piperea who claims that « The document is extraordinarily dangerous to democracy and the people. It should not be allowed to become a normative act that applies to Romania, that it is a big bath. (…)

This pandemic treaty is much more forced than the « recommendations » of WHO were in the plane and has the effects of totalitarian.

I will start the brief analysis of this document with the provisions and clauses that are the most dangerous and opposite.

The text of my analysis is divided into three for a easier understanding.

(I)

1. The most aberrant clause of the treaty is that of art. 26 point 3, according to which, in relation to the Pandemic Treaty, the other international treaties to which the signatory countries are part will be applied, but only provided they are compatible with the pandemic treaty. Simply, this text subordinates and even removes from the application of the ECHR, the Convention of Oviedo and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms (which is part of the EU treaties).
2. The treaty introduces the concept of One Health (a single health), which will include, along with pandemic, panzoots (contagious diseases of overall animals) and climate change (seen as a potential ecosystem risk factor, which could affect the health of the population, including mentally …).

Moreover, One Health also includes « economic and social determinants ».

Basically, WHO will be able to have authority over any fragment of social life, if « experts » will consider that there is pandemic risk that comes from humans, animals, poor, hate speech, dissident opinions, conspiracy theories, etc. For example, pets at risk of panzootie will be killed without comments, polluting companies will be closed without the right of appeal, highways and railways stopped from development, all under the management or coordination of WHO. We will also be obliged to pay taxes on the carbon imprint (smoked), with the justification that it is for our safety and for a single health.

By adopting the One Health rule, WHO will be able to declare not only a global state of sanitary emergency, but also a climatic emergency. However, as Iohannis showed us very well, in an emergency, individual rights and freedoms are frozen or even ancientized.

3. By the provisions of art. 17 of the pandemic treaty requires the so-called « approach to the whole government and the whole population » in case of pandemic, panzoots and climatic changes.

Under the impact of this « approach », the state and the population will have to behave as a hive, in which collective rights prevail over individual rightsand the citizen becomes a hard-working and submissive bee or terminated, which has no individual rights and can no longer speak and think freely, but only the « right » to signal his virtue (for example, by mask, syringe, inverted rainbow or yellow-blue flag). Instead, the experts of the hive become the saints of the hive, being protected in terms of opinions ask for themselves and through the science that they edicts, at their request, the hive.

The concept One Health is nothing but China’s ideological product. The adoption by the WHO of this « approach » is a great victory of China, who isIt runs well as a hive – so good that the followers of the « international liberal order based on rules » sincerely envy it.

4. TThe Pandemic loser recognizes the Global Authority of the WHO to lead and coordinated « International Health Work » during Pandemi, but also between Pandemias (prevention, preparation and answer). Obviously, the pandemic will succeed and chained, with small periods of intermezzo, but the WHO will have authority even in these moments of apparent peace and freedom.

To this end, the Pandemic Treaty creates a so-called conference of the parties, which will make the necessary decisions to implement the treaty. All signatory countries will report periodically to the secretariat of this conference. It is not a simple issue of bureaucracy, it is a new transfer of sovereignty.

5. The Pandemic Treaty speaks on the slab of « routine vaccination ».

Although the treaty does not provide any sanctification for the omission to make a routine in the vaccine, the states assume the obligation to develop, strengthen and implement « routine vaccination ».

If the WHO « recommendations » could, in countries such as Romania, be transformed into the obligation of social distances, thermoscope, of wearing the mask and vaccination, all the more this clause from the treaty* will become an obligation in Romanian law, because we have in the Parliament and the Government and in the « Civil » society (not the civil society).

6. The Pandemic Treaty also talks about panzoots who have the potential for transmitting infectious diseases from animals to humans …

Talk about Water restrictions – the natural, but free, can be infected or infested out of the blue, the bottled, but expensive, no …

Also, the treaty also talks about hygiene obligations – we will often wash our hands often and neurotic, as in the time of Iohannis, the specialist in public health. «

The government « negotiated » the freedom of Romanians
On April 15, 2025, in full silence, the representative of Romania at WHO – sent by the Ministry of Health led by Rafila – « negotiated » a dangerous document: the pandemic treaty of WHO.
This treaty is not about health. It’s about power. Under the pretext of protecting the population, the path to a sanitary, green and ideological dictatorship opens, in which the individual rights are subordinated to fluid collective rights, dictated by non -gone experts.

What does this treaty stipulate concretely?
1. The ECHR, the Convention of Oviedo, the EU Charter? They all become irrelevant if they conflict with the pandemic treaty (art. 26).
2. « One Health » – WHO will be able to act globally for any « ecosystemic risk »: pandemic, animal diseases, climatic changes, social inequalities or opinions considered toxic.
3. « The whole government and the whole population » must be obedient. Without the right of appeal. Just like in a hive.
4. WHO becomes a permanent global authority – even between the pandemics, will coordinate prevention, preparation and answer.
5. Routine vaccination becomes an obligation that states must « develop and implement ». What was « recommendation » in 2020, it becomes a state policy in 2025.
6. Restrictions on water, compulsive hygiene, climatic measures and the like, all dictated by « experts », on behalf of « one health ».
After seeing how the pandemic treaty subordinates all the other treaties and offers WHO authority over any aspect of life (through the concept of « One Health »), to see how everything will be applied, concrete:
7. WHO will have its own mechanism of implementation and control: Conference of the Parties.
A kind of « global health parliament » where Romania will have neither real weight nor veto. Everything that is decided there – Romania has to apply. The obligation to report, periodically and transparently, will become a form of continuous external control over national policies.
8. WHO will intervene not only in pandemic, but also « Pandemias ».
This means that we will no longer have periods of guaranteed freedom. We will always be « in preparation ». And what does « training » mean? Vaccination, compulsory information campaigns, environmental restrictions, preventive censorship, digital control. The pretext? « Prevention. »
9. The treaty normalizes the intervention in the national health systems.
The Romanian state will adapt its health, education and even public communication policies according to the WHO guides. Not only hospitals, but schools, media, online platforms, military and civilian structures-all will be integrated into a global, centralized system.
10. Mandatory financing and resource transfer.
Romania undertakes to participate in the global funds for pandemics and to contribute to the « fair » access to vaccines, treatments, know-how etc. Basically, national resources will be able to be « redistributed » globally, even to the detriment of national interest.
11. The treaty legitimizes extended digital supervision.
Monitoring of movements, health, vaccinations, online behavior will become « legitimate prevention and control tools ». There is talk of exchange of biometric and sanitary data in real time.
12. WHO will collaborate with social media platforms for « combating misinformation ».
That means formalized censorship. An opinion that contradicts the « scientific consensus » can be blocked, hidden, deleted. Including on the grounds of collective « mental health ».
Instead of defending their citizens, the Romanian state negotiates its obedience to a transnational organization, led by bureaucrats and massively sponsored by private interests.
The pandemic treaty is a Trojan horse: under the appearance of the common good, it introduces a technocratic, ideological and digital control regime. A « new world » in which freedom is dangerous, and obedience – mandatory.
Behind the pompous words – « equity », « solidarity », « the world together » – a control mechanism is hidden, in which the state no longer defends the citizen, but line it.
Romania must reject this treaty firmly. It is not just a bureaucratic formality – it is a transfer of sovereignty, a new prison with invisible but legal grates.

What is to be done? How can we stop this treaty?
The pandemic treatment is not yet law. In order to become applicable in Romania, it must be signed by the Government and ratified by the Parliament. Here is our chance – and our responsibility.
Romania must adopt a firm, public, clear position: we do not ratify this treaty.
Why? Because:
It is an anti -democratic document, drafted by international bureaucrats without a popular mandate.
It violates the sovereignty of Romania in essential areas: health, freedom, property, fundamental rights.
Opens the door to a global control regime on behalf of a vague, recurrent and redefinable danger.
Transform the WHO recommendations into compulsory order.
It offers WHO a permanent framework for intervention, censorship, supervision and regulation, with the unconditional support of the signatory states.

What can we do concretely?
1. Massive information – Romanians must know what this treaty really contains.
2. Public pressure – letters to parliamentarians, petitions, position in the press, on social networks, within the associations.
3. Official statements – mayors, local or county councils can adopt symbolic rejection resolutions, which may have a national echo.
4. The firm position of the Church and other moral institutions – which cannot remain neutral when it pays attention to fundamental freedom.
5. We ask for real public debate – with independent specialists, lawyers, doctors, philosophers of freedom and representatives of the real society, you do not have « civil society ».
Romania is not a sanitary colony. Freedom is not negotiated. We cannot teach our sovereignty to an international entity, which has seriously wrong in pandemic and refuses any responsibility.
We cannot accept a future in which our rights are « frozen » at the OMS command. «
