Jan Liseckis was born in 1995 in Calgary, Canada, in the family of Polish immigrants, and his musical talents were discovered in early childhood. Parents, architects, did not try to raise a miracle child, they wanted their son to have a harmonious and happy childhood. Thanks to this, Jan not only learned music, but also seriously learned mathematics and sports at a comprehensive school, spent a lot of time outdoors and traveled with his family to Canada and his parents’ homeland Poland while visiting his grandparents. This upbringing approach gave impressive results: at the age of 9 – the first solo concert, at the age of 15 – debut album, contract with one of the leading record brands in the world Deutsche Grammophon And at the age of 18, the title of Canadian UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
