The neighborhood dispute of two families in Vajnory lasts for 19 years

BRATISLAVA. On the main road in Vajnory, Bratislava, they cropped a flowering pear. Two neighbors caught up with her. She blamed each other for having a tree cut, even though there was no reason. After a while they broke up.

Much longer duration has a dispute over the division of the common yard, which is led next to the owners of neighboring family houses. Their case has been dragging since 2006. The police intervened several times, the case has already been dealt with by courts at all levels.

Born Vajnorčanka Maria Behýlová is 82 years old. He lives in the house on the main road with her husband Emil, who is one year older. Just Behýlová had the pear drunk at their house on the left.

The long -time dispute over the land is led by Behýlovci with neighbors from the right side. Those with the editors also talked, but they do not want to perform in the media and did not want to publish their name. We will call them as family D.

Home and “dondzites”

Part of the local dispute is also taken as a demonstration of the distribution of the old settlers and « dondzites ». It is not just a Slovak specialty. For example, in the Czech Republic, the expressive term « pattern » has settled for immigrants.

Vajnory is lucrative. Although it is part of Bratislava, they have the character of the village on the border of the city. Another benefit is Vajnorské lakes, which people use abundantly for recreation.

The current moment in the dispute between the Behýlovce and the D. D. is the recent verdict of the Regional Court in Bratislava, which has already entered into force.
