At night, policemen from Kosaków were called to one of the apartments in Pogórze. An concerned neighbor reported that the man under the influence of alcohol fights with his partner in the presence of minor children. On the spot, the officers found a scared woman with two sons aged 7 and 9 and an aggressive 26-year-old.
Violence and threats
It was established that the man pushed, squeezed and jerked his partner, and also threw her phone on the wall several times. In the presence of children, he used indecent words to her, undermining her authority as a mother. During the intervention, he insulted a police officer and threatened to deprive her of life.
Policemen prepared a blue card, launching the procedure for preventing domestic violence. They provided help and protection to the family, providing support to women and children. They documented all relevant information to ensure justice and protect victims of violence.
