The suspicion of hooliganism, committed by a group of persons, was declared to four teenagers, who beat the National Guard serviceman in the Kiev Hydropark on April 18. They face up to 4 years in prison.

Details: According to the investigation, a group of local teenagers-three 17-year-old boys and one 15-year-old-in a public place provoked a conflict with a serviceman of the National Guard, who came to Kiev on vacation.
