The mysterious brand of Jasica and the crime of Germans in Warsaw connects one man?
In May 2012, just before the start of Euro 2012, Warsaw became a crime scene, which remains unsolved to this day. German pensioners, Silke G. and Peter H., came to the Polish capital as part of their European journey, which was to end in Ukraine. Their plans were brutally interrupted in Warsaw’s Mokotów, where the couple was murdered in their camp.
DNA traces associated him with Mokotów. Gangster accused of murder in Germany
The matter of the murder of German travelers turned out to be extremely complicated. Despite the passage of years, the prosecutor’s office is struggling with a lack of a bright motive. At the very beginning of the investigation, robbery was excluded because jewelry remained in the car. Now it turns out that this is not the end, because – as « Fakt » lawyer Jacek Franek says – 600 euros and a camera disappeared from the motorhome.
Instead, drug marks were found: amphetamine and cocaine. That is why investigators during the investigation were inclined to the thesis that the murdered could be drug couriers and died at the hands of dealers or people associated with criminal groups.
After a few years, the evidence led the X archive to the capital’s gangster Zdzisław W. In 2001, Marek Jasica was killed, he worked in an exchange office with his friend. The unlucky day, together with a trusted taxi driver, returned from a larger currency exchange transaction to Stalowa Wola. A false police car stopped on the way. Three men dressed in police hats and jackets jumped out of it. They terrorized men and took them to a nearby forest. There Marek Jasica was shot, four bullets hit the man.
« This is extremely strong proof. » The genetic trail leads to the capital gangster
At that time, Zdzisław W. was selected as one of the people suspected of committing this act and in this way his genetic profile went to the database. In 2023, it turned out that he was convergent with the one found on a glove found at the crime scene of the Germans.
– This is extremely strong proof. The fact that DNA belongs to the accused is a probability bordering certainly – the expert in DNA tests, interrogated today.
Zdzisław W. claims that evidence against him was prepared.
– Sir, from what you say, this intrigue against the Lord was hidden in many ways. Apart from the police and wife, there are also Roma here. The court will think about it – judge Paweł Dobosz told him.
