The murder of a Pole in Sweden. The accused does not agree with the court judgment
The shocking issue of the murder of 39-year-old Michał, which took place on April 10, 2024 in Stockholm (Sweden), « Fakt » describes from the beginning. The Pole was shot in front of a 13-year-old son when he walked him to the pool. He dared to draw attention to a group of teenagers, his intervention ended in a tragedy.

Shortly after the tragedy, the first stops occurred. Five teenagers stood before the court in Södertörn in connection with the murder of a Pole. 18-year-old Mohammed Khalid Mohammed was accused of murder, who fired a fatal shot to the man. At the time of the incident he was 17 years old, so as a minor he was threatened with a maximum of 14 years in prison and Such a penalty on Thursday, March 6, the court also ruled.
During the trial, the prosecutor indicated that there was evidence that the accused used a weapon from which a fatal shot was fired to Michał (including traces of DNA secured on weapons). And although the teenager kept in court that he had only fired warning shots, and he had previously used the weapons to commit other serious crimes (in the same process he was also accused of attempted murder and kidnapping), the judge did not find his explanations reliable.
Mohammed has been known to the police from the age of 13, and for the first time he entered into conflict with the law, at only 9 years old. He belonged to a local gang, the so -called Falangi from Skarholmen.
The accused of the murder did not like the judgment of the court. Appealed
Mohammed Khalid Mohammed appealed against the judgment of the first instance, and the defense demands his acquittal or alleviating his punishment. « The evaluation of evidence and the verdict are incorrect, » wrote a lawyer representing the accused in an appeal, reminding that his client did not plead guilty.
Appeals are also made by two of the three teenagers, friends of Mohammed, convicted in the first instance for hiding and blurring the traces of a crime to stay in a correctional facility, social work and supervision of a probation officer. The last of the accused in this case was acquitted by the court of allegations of aid and incitement to crime.
The family of the murdered Michał does not agree with the court judgment. The man’s sister, Mrs. Aneta, pointed out in an interview with « Fakt » that the accused lacked the age of age only a few months, and then he would threaten life imprisonment. « No punishment will bring us Michał, but these are already jokes, » she admitted, she admitted, « he took his life from Michał and took the chance to be a normal life from his son Michał and the whole family. »
