The largest lawsuit filed the daughter of the General Director of Rospishcheprom, the General Director of Valery Zhuravlev, who was killed in 2008.
The jury found Dmitry Yukhnevich guilty of this crime, the damage caused to her and her mother, the victim estimated at 500 million rubles.
The wife, son and daughter of another victim of the organized crime group-the businessman Alexei Pokrovsky, who was killed in the early 2000s, filed three claims to the defendants for 100 million rubles. every.
The son of Armen Avvanesov, who was killed for not giving one of the leaders of the group Igor Zhirnokleev a debt of $ 50 thousand, also filed a lawsuit for 100 million rubles. But the widow of the lawyer of the Moscow department store « Moscow » Andrei Bralyuk, who was killed in 2009, limited himself to the amount of 5 million rubles.
The lawsuits were also presented by the Main Bureau of Medical and Social Examination, the Department of Social Protection and the Pension Fund-up to 1 million rubles. every. Such modest amounts caused some of the defendants.

But some other group participants were characterized much less positively: in the pre -trial detention center they managed to get many disciplinary sanctions, including for “incorrectly reacted” to proposals to take part in educational events. In addition, some identified alcohol and drug addictions, and many complaints about their antisocial lifestyle were received at the place of residence.
It should be noted that the process, which first began in May 2022, dragged on greatly due to the fact that, during the proceedings, for various reasons, three jury colleges broke up. Each time, the court had to select new assessors, and only in March 2025 it was possible to get to the verdict.
Igor Zhirnokleev, Oleg Rusanov, Boris Tretyak, Dmitry Yukhnevich, Igor Balashov, Gennady Lukyanov, Sergey Shcherbakov, German Grishin, Sergey Schukarev, Marat Yangbuktin and Grigory Rabinovich (died in June 2024, but relatives objected to the termination of the case) are held in the case. Depending on the role in the organized crime group, they are found guilty of creating and participating in the armed gang and criminal community, murder, abduction, theft, robbery, extortion and illegal turnover of weapons (part 2 of article 209; part 2 of article 210; paragraphs “a”, “c”, “d”, “w”, “З. 2 of article 105; 126; According to investigators, the organized crime group was created in the early 90s and acted mainly on the territory of the Moscow region. It is alleged that, under the leadership of Zhirokhokleev and Rabinovich, several murders were committed.
