The Moscow Central District Hospital rents 200 new road cameras to combat illegal landfills

The Center for Road Traffic Organization (Central Department Store) Moscow is going to rent new road cells for five years. The authorities want to receive photos from 450 complexes, while 200 cameras will be allocated to monitor garbage trucks and the fight against spontaneous landfills. Kommersant Central Center explained that the tender was preceded by a successful experiment, during which the neural networks were monitored to be illegally stored. The near Moscow authorities using such technologies had previously managed to reduce the number of illegal landfills by 60%, the expert says.

The data center announced two tenders for the rental of photovideo -fiction complexes totaling 2.9 billion rubles. As part of one of the planned contracts, the Center will receive photos from 250 stationary cameras within five years. Each complex should be able to recognize about 150 violations, prescribed in the TK to the competition. Among them are violations of the rules for using the telephone, high -speed modes, movement along the sidewalk, roadside and unpaid travel along the Moscow high -speed diameter. The documentation for the second competition refers to another 200 cameras, which should be able to all the same, while the data center is going to use them for « administration in the field of procedure for applying for construction, demolition and soil. »

In Moscow, we recall, 3.8 thousand road cameras, most of them are rented as part of regularly renewed contracts. In 2016, the Center rented 500 complexes for five years (3 billion rubles), in 2024 – 125 cameras built into beams on the roof of patrol cars (1.3 billion rubles). Lease contracts are an “effective and convenient” scheme for the budget, explained to the data center, since the contractor for a five -year period ensures the performance of the devices. After the contract, the complexes cross the city.

The authorities plan to place new chambers of the authorities in hazardous areas in places of the greatest traffic, including electric scooters and other personal mobility equipment. In the data center, they say they will be able to fix traffic violations with drivers of such devices. As for the control of garbage trucks, as Kommersant was told in the center, the violations mechanism was tested since June 2024. Earlier, the head of the data center Mikhail Kizlyk explained “Kommersant” that “separate chambers that will hang up at a certain angle will be required to fix the violations so that we can see the body.”

“The camera determines with the help of neural networks a truck and its cargo,” they told yesterday in the data center. “If it is building garbage or soil, there is a check of permits (for transportation. « Kommersant »). If they are not, a sign of violation is formed. ” Complexes under the new contract will be installed on the routes of traffic carriers. According to Article 8.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow, fines for violation of the procedure for building waste management are 250-300 thousand rubles. For legal entities.

In the group of companies Urbantech (cameraman operator in a number of regions), they called the introduction of tracking cameras in Moscow “an important step to increase environmental safety”. “Technologies based on artificial intelligence are already helping to control the transportation of waste in the regions, preventing illegal landfills,” the company said, leading as an example of the Moscow region. The introduction of a system of surveillance of trucks transporting construction garbage in the region made it possible to reduce the number of illegal landfills by 60%, saving the budget of about 150 million rubles, calculated in Urbanthekh.
