The Ministry of Social Policy will award grants for young and youth organizations
At today’s 77th session, the Government reviewed the information on the adoption of a Proposal Program for Financial Support of Projects in the Field of Youth and Youth Organizations for 2025 through the Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth.
According to the Government’s press service, the Ministry will provide grants for projects in the amount of not more than 300,000 denars.
– Projects and applications should be focused on the following priority goals: strengthening the impact of young people in all decision -making processes at local and national level based on an appropriate legal framework; Recognizing youth work as a key tool for helping positive and social development of young people; training young people with knowledge and skills for media and digital literacy that recognize misinformation and articulate their own interests and attitudes as active citizens in society with developed critical awareness; Increasing awareness and implementation of measures to reduce peer violence, gender -based violence, cyber security and digital hygiene within educational institutions and creating innovative solutions to reduce youth unemployment and promote self -employment and entrepreneurship measures.
The Government points out that a public call will be announced in order to comply with transparency, with representatives of the Ministry and the General Secretariat reviewing applications and projects, while the allocation of funds is expected to be carried out in accordance with the distribution rulebook.
