The mayor accuses the collection of waste to a black dump, the court released him

According to the indictment, the mayor committed a subsidy fraud, because the construction of the sewerage for 72 million crowns went to a subsidy, so IS was to be treated according to the rules. According to the file, the mayor consciously violated the regulations and the subsidy conditions.

The waste actually ended up in a black dump, whether in the village in the Znojmo region or one hundred kilometers away in the Svitavy region. There she took a total of 500 tons of soil. According to the court, however, it was not possible to prove that the mayor knew about such a construction company.

The project manager of the company, which was in charge of the construction, has previously expressed that the mayor ordered him to take away waste for an illegal landfill at a personal meeting. But his claim was described by the judge as inconclusive.

« If the defendant is to be convicted on the basis of one evidence, it must be crystal clear, in this case this is not the case, » Judge Miloš Žďárský pointed out, why Janderka was acquitted.

In other words, he noted that « butter on his head » also had a company with a given manager, because the waste actually carried to illegal places of the municipality had reimbursed fictitious invoices that the waste had passed on the permitted garbage. The municipality with a budget of around 28 million crowns thus paid more than 221 thousand crowns on fees.

In the past, the village had to face problems also because of the black dump in its own village. According to the critics of the mayor, it began to be significantly precisely during the construction of the municipal sewer. As Blesk pointed out some time ago, the Czech Environmental Inspectorate charged the municipality a fine of over 300,000 crowns.

Janderka left the court logically satisfied, but he did not comment on the case.

His critics of the association in the Association for Better Vedrovice were a judgment of the extent. “I assume that the prosecutor will appeal. We, as the authors of the initiative, do not think that the acquittal of guilt only on the basis of not finding evidence in the official documents is sufficient, ”said Jan Procházka, a member of the association.
