The Los Angeles City Hall in the US state of California will be illuminated in red and yellow, the colors of the Macedonian flag, from 20:00, until Tuesday morning at 6:00, local time, in honor and memory of the victims of the tragedy in Kocani.
The post shared on the Facebook profile of the Macedonian Orthodox Church of the Most Holy Mother of God in Los Angeles, calls for the presence of this event to respect the victims of the recent tragedy in Kocani.
– We express deep solidarity with the people in Kocani, with the global Macedonian community and all the affected, as we continue to regret this heartbeat. This moving respect, which is given three months of the accident, will be a reminder that our unity and compassion, even through the oceans, remain unwavering. On June 16, there are three months after the tragedy in Kocani. The fire at the Pulse disco, which occurred on March 16 in the early morning, killed 62 people and injured more than 200. Upon completion of the investigation, 34 natural and three legal entities are charged with serious offenses against general security.
