The list of professions in tensions finally published – Liberation

She will have been over. Presented by the government to the social partners in February, the list of trades in tensions has been Posted in Official Journal This Thursday, May 22, after several successive postpones. Established region by region, this list of 80 trades in need of labor, establishes the sectors in which foreign workers can be regularized, justifying twelve months of salary slips in the past 24 months and three years of residence in France. Among these sectors in tensions are notably the hotel and catering, but also professions such as « salaried farmers », « home aid and household aid » and « market gardeners /horticulturalists ». This list therefore allows bosses to keep their employees foreign in these professions and to avoid a conviction of 30,000 euros fine and five years’ imprisonment, planned for the employment of an irregular situation.
