The largest arena in Western Lithuania is purposefully turning to sustainability

This year, Klaipeda Švyturys Arena started with significant investments (about 400,000 euros), which will allow you to respond even better not only visitors, but also the expectations of the region of Western Lithuania. The path of sustainability is consistently taken: Internal lighting of the arena will change this year with a new modern, environmentally friendly system. Not only will this save energy, it will also create a more cozy atmosphere during events. The sustainability strategy chosen by the company will implement even more eco -friendly solutions: only « green » energy is already being used, and electric car owners can conveniently charge their vehicles at stops near the arena. The convenience of customers will also be equipped with technologically advanced passage control, which will ensure faster visitors to the arena, speed up ticket scanning and improve customer experience.
“Currently with a professional company we are developing a sustainability strategy for our company, which will seek to further increase the awareness of visitors and the social well -being of visitors and employees. We want to be sustainable, not only in terms of environmental protection, but in the sense of internal culture, in the sense of cooperation with partners, ”said A. Aleksandrovienė.
Not only regional but also national events
Klaipeda Švyturys Arena is an integral part of the city culture, an oasis where music, sports, business and protocol events take place every year. The past year was successful, as evidenced by statistics: over a hundred events of various genres were held, attended by about 250,000 spectators.
