The judge who investigates the attorney general quotes the Ayuso couple on May 23 | Spain

The instructor does not specify if the Irish authorities have answered the request of García Ortiz de Google or that of WhatsApp, but the steps given so far lead to think that he refers to the first of these services. Hurtado sent the request for information for the two companies to Ireland, but last March the request related to WhatsApp was referred to the United States after Ireland communicated that such request must be addressed to the US authorities.
