The instructor has also opened a separate and secret piece on the response given by the Ireland authorities to the request he made to claim Google and WhatsApp the data of the mobile phone of Álvaro García Ortiz. The magistrate points out that the petition seems to have been « successful. »

Judge Hurtado had so far rejected as a witness to the couple of the Madrid president on the grounds that it is not usual to quote the person who has filed the complaint because he usually « is harmful to the accused. » In addition, according to the magistrate, González Amador’s position is already reflected in his complaint and for the performance of his lawyer throughout the procedure. But the Appeal Chamber of the Supreme corrected the judge On April 11 and urged a statement to González Amadorwho complained more than a year ago against the Prosecutor’s Office for allegedly revealing confidential information about him linked to the investigation for fiscal fraud opened by the Public Ministry. The judge has finally set the appearance of Ayuso’s couple for May 23 at 10.30.

What he explains in his car is that he has received from Ireland a folder with documentation and urges the UCO to analyze it, as he had already established that he should be done in “case it was successful, as it seems to have been, the pounded rogatory commission”, adds the instructor. « Once completed, documentary information may have been collected, which requires your expert exam, » argues Hurtado to declare that documentation secret.

The instructor does not specify if the Irish authorities have answered the request of García Ortiz de Google or that of WhatsApp, but the steps given so far lead to think that he refers to the first of these services. Hurtado sent the request for information for the two companies to Ireland, but last March the request related to WhatsApp was referred to the United States after Ireland communicated that such request must be addressed to the US authorities.
