The judge took 7 years, now requires 700 euros of salary growth

This Thursday, the Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana has dismissed a lawsuit by Prime Minister Edi Rama against former DP leader Lulzim Basha. Rama had sued Basha for the latter’s statements on October 22, 2018 on allegations of violating the electoral process in Durres and Debar as well as the involvement of crime segments in the campaign.

The prime minister himself, in a reaction on the X platform, points out that it took 7 years to make a decision and according to Rama, the judge belongs to the Union that requires a 700 euro increase in the Constitutional Court, and for it is lament.

« Here’s how much it is like the much more important issues of the people, who depend on the mind of the judge in question or others like the one, who have the logical level under the capacity of a 12-year-old, »-writes Rama.

The Tirana Court of First Instance today dismissed my lawsuit for defamation against Luli in 2018, for which the judge has had to be concluded for seven years that I « as a plaintiff did not have any harm, as I currently hold the duty of the prime minister and the statement », namely Luli’s slander « did not affect me! »

So, according to the judge, Luli has not slandered until his slander has not removed me from office! Now that this reasoning has not come out of a humorous book, but from a court, and that the reasoner is not the author of the « good soldier SHVEJ », but a judge who is paid more than a teacher or a doctor from the Albanian taxes, this is a fact to cry and not to laugh, when you think that this judgment belongs to the union!

While adding to this satirical judicial event, the suspicion of how people may have the right of the right to the most important issues in the hands of such a judge, then to ask: will the government’s government wake up, with senior inspectors and hundreds of employees of its highly paid public and The right of ordinary people in courtrooms?!

And to understand well, the trouble is not what a judge did with a matter of slander, all the more so when the slanderer in question takes even more serious shoes that wears 🙂 Here’s how much trouble is going to the much more important issues of people who depend on the mind of the judge in words or others like the 12-year-old!
