The judge files the cause of the promoters of a neo -Nazi march in Madrid against « fags » and « Sidosos » | Spain
The Court of Instruction number 9 of Madrid has agreed to archive the investigation for the crime of hatred against two ultras leaders who promoted a neo -Nazi march that toured in September 2021 the Madrid neighborhood of Chueca, meeting point of the LGTBI collective, to the cry of « Out maricas from our neighborhoods » and « Outside of Madrid »according to a car to which the country has had access.
Judge Arturo Zamarriego, instructor of the case, has decreed the provisional dismissal of the investigation after invalidating proceedings that were practiced “out of time”, according to a resolution of April 22 against which he fits appeal.
The cause kept the organizers of the initiative accused: the person responsible for the Ultra Valencian formation Spain 2000, José Luis Robertoand the former leader of Ultra Sur Alberto Ayala de Cantalicio. And it started after a complaint that presented in 2021 the Coordinator of the Third Sector of the Community of Madrid against the organizers to utter « racist, homophobic and racist songs. The Prosecutor’s Office initially framed the facts in an alleged crime of hate, which is punished with up to four years in prison and up to 12 months of fine. And on April 4 he also requested the provisional dismissal.
The instruction has concluded that those attending the demonstration « related to Spain 2000 » chanted slogans such as « Adolfo Hitler was right » or favor of the blue division, the 45,000 Spaniards who fought during World War II with the army of Nazi Germany against Soviet troops. They also shouted against unaccompanied minors, immigrants or homosexuals.
The pretext of the neo -Nazi manifestation of Chueca was to lash out at the 2030 Agenda, the UN protocol to enhance gender equality, the creation of cities with less contamination or the universalization of water sanitation. The initiative has been aware of the extreme right for years.
The demonstration was authorized by the Delegation of the Government of the Capital and convened by the so -called San Blas-Canillejas neighborhood association With the motto I did not to the 2030-2050 agendas. Under a fascist aesthetic of flares and drums, more than 200 ultras toured for two hours the journey between Chueca and the Puerta del Sol with flags of Spain and national youth, organization linked to Spain 2000.
The ultras that were charged are two historical of the central centers of the extreme right. Leader of Spain 2000, lawyer, security entrepreneur and former general secretary of the Employers of the Prostibuli Anela, José Luis Roberto, 71, founded his party more than two decades ago, which adds 2,500 militants and has as reference to the French National Front. Today, his training lacks representation, but in 2015 he got six councilors in four municipalities of the Madrid Corridor del Henares. And acquired a certain prominence after convening protests against the amnesty of the Catalan independence before the PSOE venues.
The other ultra who was investigated, Alberto Ayala de Cantalicio, was head of Ultra Sur and leader of the extreme right -right group Youth Canillejas. He was considered the convener of the manifestation of Chueca through the Neighborhood Association San Blas Canillejas. The initiative was also attended by representatives of Platform El Pueblo for Truth, Cultural Platform, Platform for Dignity, Freedom and Life, Order and Law (Pole) and Getafe NR.
