The International Chamber Music Festival “Heavenly Claners” invites you to the art experience trip
The 2nd International Chamber Music Festival « Heavenly Claviers. Synthesis and Metamorphoses of Spiritual Cultures » is a continuous project for Neringa, its inhabitants and guests from around the world. « The aim of the festival is to present professional art by combining recognized Lithuanian and foreign artists. Events are created on the basis of long -term cooperation with foreign partners, involving musicians from high music art institutions – professor from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Austria, Italy, Estonia, In these countries, as well as in Germany and Sweden … ” – emphasized the festival’s organizer Inga Maknavičienė.
On April 29, a consular concert will be held at the Riga Blackhead House to commemorate the first European written constitution-May 3. One of the main highlights of this evening is fragments of the Lithuanian Opera and Musical Retro program, which will be performed by the winner of international competitions, Beata Ignatavičiūtė (soprano), soloist of Klaipėda State Musical Theater (KVMT). Beata Ignatavičiūtė is one of the most prominent soloists of the young generation of Lithuanian opera, and she will present some of the most famous works of the Lithuanian opera and musical. The concert will feature fragments of B. Dvarion’s opera « Dalia », G. Kuprevičius musicals. These are the unique opportunities to hear the pearls of Lithuanian music, enshrined in the prism and international recognition of time. Pianist Inga Maknavičienė, as well as winner and concertmaster of international competitions, will be performed by MK Čiurlionis Preludes, V. Kudirka’s « National Hymn » and rare piano piano works of the Lithuanian national anthem. The concert will also be attended by a guest from Poland – Professor Mariusz Ciolko, representing the Higher Music Art Schools in Bialystok and Krakow, who will perform the Polish national anthem at the request of the Polish Embassy in Riga – a solemn hymn As-Dur, op. 53 and Ignacy Jan Padirewski Menuet G-Dur, Op. 14. The concert will also feature winners of international competitions, professors of Latvian Jazep Vytuolis Music Academy Normunds and Second Vixs (Latvia), performing the Latvian national anthem « God, win Latvia », Andri Vecumnieko’s works for the Piano duet. This concert will not only contribute to the important commemoration of historical memory, but will also be a great opportunity to present Lithuanian music on the international stage.

Educational Concert « Curonian Spit-Inspiration Land. Dedication to writer Tom Mann », dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Nobel laureate T. Mann, will take place on May 4th. The concert will be attended by well-known Lithuanian and foreign artists-winner of international competitions, boss-baritone Igor Bakan (Lithuania, Belgium, Germany), who will perform works of German composers, including excerpts from Richard Wagner’s opera Tanhoizer. Inga Maknavičienė (Lithuania) will be accompanied by pianist, winner of international competitions. The literary part will be presented by a Master of Culture, actress Virginija Kochanskytė (Lithuania), who reads excerpts from German writer T. Mann’s « Opus Magnum » – the novel « Joseph and his brothers ». This concert will invite not only the musical but also a literary journey from the spit in the Curonian Spit – inspiration on the Earth, which is so close to my creative spirit, but will also respond to the poet S. Dach’s year, as
May 18 The Dignare O Domine concert will feature a special program featuring B. Ignatavičiūtė (soprano, Lithuania: Klaipėda) and I. Maknavičienė (piano, Lithuania: Klaipėda). The program will sound in the 20th -21st centuries. The deep and sensual verses of the poet Marija Katiliūtė (Lacrima) and sacred vocal music, which will enchant listeners not only with music but also with literary content.
June 1 The festival will introduce the audience to Klaipėda, Kristina Norville, winner of international competitions, and Olesia Mamonenko, a graduate of Klaipėda E. Balsys Gymnasium in Klaipėda E. Balsys Gymnasium (soprano), recently residing and creating in the Italian fashion capital in Milan. Maknaviciene. The program will feature the 21st century. The poet of the poet Kristina Norville’s lyrical, which will intertwine with the works of sacred music that convey spiritual peace and light.
June 15 The Symphony Ballet will participate in the charming pianist virtuoso piano quartet « Non -distinctive pianists » – winners of international competitions, LMTA graduates – pianist Lukas Gedvilas (Lithuania, Estonia), pianist Kamilė Zaveckaitė (Germany, Austria) Lankutytė-Levickė (Lithuania) and artistic director of the festival « Heavenly Claviers », winner of international competitions, Gabija Maknavičiūtė-Janavičienė, winner of many Grand Prix. This concert will feature works of composers J. Haydn, M. Moszkowski, W. Gillock, M. Theodorakis, K. Grybauskas, A. Lavignac and other composers specifically designed or adapted to pianist ensembles-duet, trio and quarters with one or two pianoes 2-4-6-8. Not only will it be a musical celebration, it will also be a great cognition of quite rare pianists’ ensemble music (2-4-6-8 hand) that opens up the versatile piano expression and beauty.

It is expected that this program is attended by talented LMTA graduates who come from different countries (Austria, Estonia) specially for concerts in Lithuania, will inspire the annual Neringa and Klaipėda of the most talented students – pianists, vocalists, violinists, brass young musicians. At the 3rd -IV festivals « Heavenly Claviers » we will hear joint concerts in the series « Salve! » Specially created for them. This project aims to promote the cooperation and synergies of cultural and art institutions, which would allow for various creative routes and contribute to the cooperation of local and foreign cultural institutions.
The sixth festival concert, which will take place on June 22, will be dedicated to the Year of Lithuanian Folk Songs (2025). The program « Old Lithuanian Hymns » will feature Lithuanian Catholic Hymns, which blend in with the works of Piotr Jančiak (Petras Jančiak) and Arnold Vaznelis of sacred music composers and allow them to immerse themselves in the cultural heritage and spiritual music of the Lithuanian nation.
Although the first chord of the festival will sound in Riga (Latvia), all other festival events will take place in Nida St. At the Church of the Church of the Virgin Mary. The entrance to all events is free (without tickets). The events are dedicated to the wide audience of listeners and focused on deepening culture and art of various groups of society.
