The value of the order seems to be high – the icons will not be painted, and the announced quantities of balloons, chemicals, balls, badges should come out to be a single price. For balls, prices range from 25 cents per item from Chinese suppliers to 1.80 euros from European, but at lower shipping costs and faster delivery.
Assuming that balls, bellies, balloons and badges can be used as a prize pool – although better work will do bicycle helmets, pastels and drawing blocks or tablets, then what would icons serve stickers? They could give them away in virtues and religion hours as long as they integrate road safety training into them.

If the officials wanted to do the job well, they would have explored good European examples of road safety training. So they would understand that icons, miles and pens have no place. Therefore, digital applications and VR (virtual reality) are successfully used, which simulate a road environment and teach children to make the right decisions. They also ride bicycles in a simulated street environment with road signs and signals. And to make training more fun, videos, puppet theater, practical tests are used.
But the Interior Ministry is not particularly inventive, although in 2024 Bulgaria ranks second after Romania in those killed in car accidents with 74 people per million. Like parties, Bulgarian institutions are formatted in interest groups.
