The indictment on the « Oncology » case approved in its entirety
The Prosecutor’s Assessment Council at the Skopje Basic Criminal Court has ruled that the defense’s objection to the « Oncology » case is rejected and the act is approved.
A bloody court points out that it is the indictment Koa 128/35 which is for director Nino Vasev and an indictment for three other doctors, referring to reckless treatment and severe acts against human health.
-After the approved indictment, a criminal legal case was established with K. No. 1069/25 which, according to the ACMIS system, will be distributed for further action by a judge, and what is the main term for the main hearing, it will be available on the Trial Calendar on the Court’s website – inform the Basic Criminal Court Skopje.
Criminal, explain that the other indictment concerning the economic operation of the Oncology Clinic, which covers the then Director Nino Vasev and the organizational director of the clinic, is still at an assessment and for him, there will be another case.
State Prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski, BPPO Skopje Basic Prosecutor Gavril Bubevski and Prosecutor Ana Gogovska Jakimovska, at a joint press conference on May 22, informed that the case « Oncology » has been completed and two charges have been filed with the Skopje Basic Criminal Court.
According to the public prosecutor in the subject, the case is divided into two parts – the first relates to the economic performance of the Oncology Clinic that covers the then director and organizational director of the clinic and the second part of the subject relates to the treatment of patients and covers four doctors oncologists.
