Kežmarok. Another main hearing with the Kuffovci on dangerous threats in the form of a complicity of the judge of the Kežmarok workplace of the District Court in Poprad on Wednesday adjourned indefinitely.

An expert in the health and pharmacy expert wants to invite a medical point of view to the physical attack, which he said, described by the injured Radoslav Ksiažek at Wednesday's hearing of the course of the whole procedure.

The Prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office Kežmarok filed an indictment for three members of the Kuff family in December 2022. The case concerns the State Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment Štefan Kuffa and his son Philip (SNS nominators), as well as State Secretary and another son Gregor.

The victim in the case is a farmer Ksiažek, whose Kuffovci, according to the indictment in July 2021 at the junkyard over the city of Kežmarok attacked and threatened him.

The trial began in September 2023. The defendants refuse to blame. According to them, the indictment was based on only one evidence. Kuffovci perceive the whole case as politically constructed with the aim of discrediting them.
