« Tadeusz Kielan is an experienced local government officer. For many years he worked as the head of the Municipal Affairs Department at the City Hall in Lubin. In 2010-2012 he was the staroste of Lubin, and from 2014-the head of the village commune of Lubin »-recalls Lubin.pl.
