The grips that need to be taken – altaposten.no
Alta municipality faces major financial challenges, where every stone must be turned to improve the economy. This means major restructuring in the organization, and services must be towed down. Unfortunately, the position today is not foresighted, doubting old structures and unwilling to take action. It is clear that much of the cause is their fears to push away voters, but also the fact that the positions of the position are spreading in all directions without execution ability to greater restructuring.
Alta Frp has been clear that one of the steps that needs to be made is to restructure the school. Here, today’s position will never be able to make a decision, the gap between the parties has placed the policy in a wheelchair with the brakes on. We also believe that a greater grip in kindergarten can be taken through a restructuring to fewer and larger kindergartens.
In large kindergartens, the educational competence can be more easily distributed and utilized between departments/in the kindergarten, in addition to more flexibility in the form of room for action in the absence. The Provision Party has also looked at the possibilities of the possibilities of some of the schools that are closed down, instead can be used for kindergarten and close -up center, and the municipality will have further financial advantage from this.
Several reports and feedback from larger kindergartens are also more diversity, both among the children and the staff. Reports also show that the size does not aggravate quality perceptions among parents.
Larger kindergartens will provide economies of scale with shared kitchens, fewer board leaders, better utilization of activity rooms, shared break rooms and not least cleaning. The advanced Progress Party believes the time and need are in order to restructure the kindergartens in Alta, and this is a grip that needs to be done to improve accessibility, high quality, secure staff and not least more efficiency.
